Blockhouse Consultants were hired to assist a CEO who was making a facility closure announcement to over 100 employees. The CEO was from out of state and the CEO was to be onsite for 3 days and was concerned about mass retaliation. Blockhouse consultants were able to meet with the CEO on multiple occasions prior to the event to go over strategies on reducing the employee tensions.
